As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your stay experience, the hotel is undergoing phased renovations to the lobby, guest rooms and Executive Lounge on Level 3 until the 27th of November 2026. Rest assured, every effort is being made to minimise disruption, however, intermittent noise fluctuations may be experienced in certain areas during the renovation. During this period, guest registration and check-in will be relocated to the Maharajah Suite at Basement 1. Executive Lounge services will similarly be available at Basement 1, with daily breakfast served at Tandoor from 7.00am to 10.30am and Evening Cocktails at Cavenagh 1 & 2 from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. As part of these enhancement works, the swimming pool will remain unavailable for refurbishment until the 30th of October 2026. Celebrate the Festival of Lights at Tandoor with a vibrant feast of authentic Indian flavours, bringing together lively street-style chaats, smoky tandoori specialities, aromatic curries, biryani and traditional Indian sweets.

Begin your celebration at the Mumbai Chaat Counter with favourites including Samosa Chaat, Pani Puri, Dahi Puri and Papdi Chaat, accompanied by traditional condiments and chutneys. The spread also features Gujarati Dhokla and Dahi Bhalla, a lentil dumpling soaked in sweet yoghurt and finished with tamarind and mint chutney.

From the tandoor, savour a selection of Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Malai Tikka, alongside Khusk Tandoori Raan, a leg of lamb pot-roasted in an aromatic stock before being grilled in the tandoor. Seafood lovers can look forward to Mahi Rai, charcoal-grilled fish marinated with Dijon mustard and Indian spices, while vegetarian highlights include Paneer Tikka, Hariyali Paneer Tikka, Bharwan Tandoor Khumb and Corn Palak Tikki.

For the main course, indulge in Malai Prawn Curry, Murgh Makhani and Mutton Masala, complemented by vegetarian favourites such as Kadai Paneer, Dum Aloo Kashmiri, Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda and Dal Makhani.

A highlight of the feast is the fragrant Hyderabadi Murgh Biryani, with basmati rice slow-cooked in the traditional Hyderabadi style with cashew nut paste, saffron, star anise, mace and chicken. Complete your meal with freshly served Assorted Naan, Tandoori Roti and Parantha.

End the celebration on a sweet note with an array of desserts including Jalebi, Rasmalai, Gulab Jamun, Payasam and assorted Indian sweets, alongside mango pudding, French pastries, fresh fruits and an ice cream bar.
